Dr. Angela Stopper is the Director of Program Innovations and Executive Education at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management (GSM), where she oversees the development and delivery of innovative management and leadership development programming for the School. Before UC Davis, Angela worked in numerous positions at The Pennsylvania State University, including time with the Smeal College of Business, Penn State Outreach and Online Education, and Penn State’s World Campus. She remains connected to Penn State with her currant appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Workforce Education and Development, teaching for their online Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change program. Prior to this, Angela also served as a Lecturer for Penn State Altoona’s School of Business and Engineering.

Angela holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and International Business, a M.S. degree in Workforce Education and Development, and a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development, with a concentration in Human Resources and Organization Development.
