John is CEO of Illumeo. John has been CFO at five companies and COO at two, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and held numerous finance and accounting roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems. John has raised well over $100M in equity capital and debt and has played central roles in numerous buy and sell-side transactions for both public and private companies. His market experience includes domestic and international, public and private companies in the hardware, software, service, community, ed-tech and process industries. He has also founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies and non-profits. John volunteers his time at a number of non-profit organizations. John has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.

As a four-time VP and three-time Director of Engineering, Greg has led engineering teams at a number of advanced technology companies. He is also a sought-after technical adviser for emerging start-up companies in various markets, including social community development. Greg has over 18 years of large and small company experience in software development, engineering, web applications, databases, applications, professional services, customer support, product management, research and development, information systems, and embedded systems. He has also founded, invested in and been a board advisor of a number of private companies. Greg has an MBA and B.S. in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.

David Cowan, MBA, Vice President, Illumeo

David Cowan, Vice President of Sales and GM of Corporate Learning Solutions

David leads the Company's sales organization and is the GM of Illumeo's Corporate Learning Solutions business. David began his career as an educator developing and delivering adult learning programs. As a sales, marketing and business development executive, he developed and delivered training programs to sales teams and channel partner organizations in the US, Asia, and Europe. With over 20 years in executive management roles, David has established, developed and led effective organizations in Japan and the United States. David has an MBA from the Haas School of Business and a B.A. in English Literature from UC Berkeley.
