I liked the conversational tone of this presentation, and using current, real-world examples. Too many other courses I have taken provide convoluted and difficult scenarios which you can see both sides of, then when you take the exam you often get the answers wrong. I don't think that means you're unethical, it means that you have empathy and that the answer in many situations can be "It depends...". This course is straightforward and I feel gives you lessons you can actually take away and apply in your current situation.

I love the convenience of webinars, and the breakdown of the video presentation in modules, which is great for getting a break to attend to phone calls from clients and questions from co-workers who are trying to get a hold of me. The affordability in price is a nice surprise to me, because in the past, the price of the webinars has been the reason I had to choose the more boring and reading-intensive "self-study" to meet my HR's reimbursement limit on CPEs...

Thought course was good basic ethics primer. Some misspellings in slides. Presenter was very professional but slides could have used some work. Would have been good to go into more of the stories about companies that had ethical public issues. Not sure the Tiger Woods analogy was appropriate.

4

One of the more sophisticated webinars on the topic. Ethics in the real-world can have plenty of grey and that is noted in this presentation. It is up to each of us as business professionals to promote a healthy business environment that encourages investment and participation.

I enjoyed the use of real life examples and was ultimately surprised at the number of "scandals" introduced. This is a great course for internal auditors wanting to perform an ethics audit as it outlines the internal auditors role in ethics and outlines key areas to consider.

Thank you for the refresher course, some of the tech and internet topics were very informative. However, during the presentation Factors for Evaluating Ethics around 4:39 I'm not sure if the example of "hanging an employee from the highest tree" is an appropriate example.

5

Instructor made the dry topic into a more enjoyable and engaging course. Many overlook corporate ethics in the workplace and deem it as unnecessary but the importance of the topic can not be overlooked based on some contemporary disasters (i.e. Uber, Amazon, etc)
