In this webinar we will explore the practice of performance management in supporting people to feel valued and be clear on what they need to do to be of value to the organization. We will begin with a brief overview of the performance management cycle including its use to review, assess, debrief, and develop employee performance. We will then discuss techniques that can be used for ongoing performance management including the clarification of performance expectations, setting goals and improving employee performance. Then we will evaluate approaches to tackling poor performance and having difficult conversations.
