  6. The Basic Liability Claims Investigation.
  7. The covenant of good faith and fair dealing in the conduct of an investigation.
  8. The need to conduct an objective investigation.
  9. The Recorded Statement And The Common Auto Accident
  10. Millions For Defense Not A Dime For Tribute

The first twelve courses of the Certified Expert in Corporate Liability Insurance program are prerequisites and it would be helpful to complete the Certified Expert in Corporate Property Insurance Program.
