In this course we examine the methods to achieve improvement and innovation in business operations management. We start with a brief overview of the practices relating to lean operations and quality control. This leads to a conversation about how learn thinking and total quality management can contribute to maximizing customer value while minimizing waste. Then we explore the implementation of lean techniques through identifying value and mapping the value stream.
