This was a basic course and it had good information about the parts of a contract. It was just enough to give you awareness, but I wouldn't recommend entering into a contract if it has any complexity to it unless you become more versed in the details of creating a contract.

Very well done. Mr. Hawn covered the gamut of items that a financial executive needs to understand and review when reading a contract.
The slides were clear, concise and his explanations were equally as clear and in "plain English".

This was a good overview of contract law for non-lawyers. This is a minor technical issue, but the end of the segments was a bit abrupt. There were a couple of times I thought that the section had been interrupted.
