Computer hardware and application support have become critical to the ongoing operations of nearly every business.  A formal process can help individuals and organizations clear the hurdles involved with change. In this course we discuss methodologies that can be implemented to standardize the processes and alleviate many of the burdens of change.

This course will help you learn the meaning of the broad terms and some tools and techniques that can be implemented to help manage change. We delve into data flows and processes associated with incidents, changes and full scale projects.  Lastly, we discuss simple controls that can be implemented, critical monitoring that should be performed, and important training that needs to occur.
