In this course we provide valuable information on how to demonstrate robustly the effectiveness of an organizational change program and its impact on organizational outcomes. We begin by reviewing how to design an evaluation process at the start of the change program, so that objectives can be monitored throughout the change effort. We then examine how to embed change within the culture of the organization so that the full benefits of the change program can be fully realized. This leads to a conversation about how the organization can adopt practices that sustain organizational change.

The course brings into focus a whole range of important challenges relevant to evaluating the effectiveness of change management and organizational change in the organizational setting.
