I found this course enlightening, I always thought that if I was a hard worker that I'd advance. But seeing the Strategic Formula and understanding that unless I build relationships with the "right" people that I'm never going to get where I want to be. Also talking about entitlement workers and how these people exist & get promoted while taking credit for other peoples work is very validating. This is a topic that needs to be discussed more.

This course is different but definitely touches on the 'politics' in an everyday corporate environment. This class spoke truth about those that are entitled and only care about themselves and the actual real 'valued' employees that actually love and do the work. To bad they are not really being heard.
