It is a good overview of data analysis and I particularly like to see how the excel analysis is performed and how to interpret that result. However, a quick walkthrough of each of the three tables in the Summary Output from the Regression Analysis would be helpful. It seems that you will need to have the basic knowledge of business statistics to make the most of the course.
