This course was a great overview of developing an effective organization, by focusing on key areas of culture, structure, learning, incentives, motivation, power and IT. I would recommend.
Some very interesting points made.
No Advanced Preparation or Prerequisites are needed for this course. However, it is recommended to take the other courses in the series prior to completing this one.
