Advertising creative director turned social media content strategist turned entrepreneur. With a background that extends from writing national television commercials to developing content strategies to founding a social media analytics tool, I'm positioned at the center of marketing's virtuous circle of Strategy > Messaging > Analytics. 

My career began as a copywriter for leading advertising agencies DDB, TBWA/Chiat/Day and BBDO. I developed ad campaigns involving television, radio, print and outdoor. For a range of clients, including Nissan, GTE, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Union 76, Home Savings and Sprint. 

Following a natural curiosity about technology and the internet, I launched digital marketing services agency Basement, serving as president and creative director for 10 years. Basement produced a range of marketing solutions, from strategy to technical development. Clients served include Sony Pictures, Pepsi, PayPal, Warner Bros, EA Games, 21st Century, California Lottery, Countrywide and Mattel.

In 2011, I founded Zuum, which provides social media analytics and reporting to a range of companies, from Fortune 500's to the big 4 advertising holding companies, to small businesses. Clients served include Starbucks, Disney, Chevron, 3M, AIG, Tupperware, Aramark, Sotheby's, Universal Music, Yoox, Ogilvy, JWT, BBDO, Saatchi, Edelman, and FCB.
