Mei Mei Gao - Google
Mei Mei is a gSOX Sr. IT Analyst with over 9 years of experience in internal and external SOX audits, process readiness, and risk advisory work with 6 of those years being at PwC in the Risk Assurance practice.
Currently at Google, Mei Mei leads the IPE and SOX Testing Automation efforts within gSOX. She creates guidance for Google IPE framework and supports finance LOD1 and LOD2 teams in questions about IPE validations. For automation, she leads the IT side of Mochi, a tool that automates SOX testing, documentation, and evidence gathering.

Amanda Kaur - Google
Amanda has over 10 plus years of experience in internal controls compliance. She began her career in the Pacific Northwest working at KPMG as part of their advisory practice with a focus on technology and manufacturing sectors.
Amanda is a Manager in Google’s gSOX & Internal Controls Compliance team. She advises on ICFR considerations for various business processes including Cloud, Devices & Services, Source to Pay, Payroll, and Billing & Payment. She also leads the regulatory and standard setting monitoring activities.
Amanda is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). She enjoys hiking in the redwoods with her husband and dog (Ozzy).
Melissa Sandoval - Google
Melissa is a Senior Analyst on Google’s gSOX & Internal Controls Compliance team. She leads the SOX Testing program and advises the Tax business process on ICFR considerations around risks and controls.
In addition, Melissa worked directly with her client’s management team in co-sourcing and loan staff models to document implementation projects, assess SOX control impact on new regulatory requirements, conduct audit planning, fieldwork and reporting of operational and regulatory audits.
Melissa is a Project Management Professional (PMP). She enjoys serving on the HOLA Community Outreach committee and volunteering her time at the Peninsula College Fund. During her free time, you can find her discovering new beaches around the world and spending quality time with her husband and 10-month-old son.
