Brian Tayan,
Stanford Graduate School of Business
Brian is a researcher in the Corporate Governance Research Initiative at Stanford Graduate School of Business and affiliated with the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University. His work focuses primarily on a broad range of issues within corporate governance, including boards of directors, succession planning, compensation, risk, and shareholder activism. He has co-authored two books, Corporate Governance Matters and A Real Look at Real World Corporate Governance, in collaboration with Professor David F. Larcker
