Google Workspace and Gmail have an application called Calendar, which I call Google Calendar embedded in the platform and it can be an important business tool to any Google Workspace or Gmail user.

Google Calendar is a great tool for individuals and companies who want to manage their daily schedules in a more deliberate way. Every business professional needs to use a calendar to manage their schedules. Mastering using a Google Calendar will allow you better control over your day and activities and keep you aware of all upcoming events.

Google Calendar has features to add calendar entries, invite guests to participate, share event information with those invited to attend, track who has accepted the invitation, share your overall calendar with individuals and or the public, and much more.

You can integrate lots of applications into Google Calendars, including Zoom and Calendly, which I will show you how to do in this course.

always good to get more tips for an application you use every day; i.e., I did not know I could drag the initial meeting over several hours when clicking to set one up
