In this course we examine the ways in which the organization can move into new market areas in a way which can transform and business and significantly increase profitability. We start with a brief overview of the importance of carefully researching the potential opportunity of moving into new market areas. This leads to a conversation about considering the viability of developing a new product or service for a new market.

Then we explore the use of partnerships and joint ventures to provide the organization with increased security in establishing itself successfully in a new or expanded market. This course serves to examine how to mitigate the risk of expanding into new markets and avoid expensive mistakes.
