In this course we explore how to address damage and recover once the threat of crisis has been contained. This leads to a conversation about areas of damage that might need to be addressed, such as damage to business operations, physical damage from the crisis and the less visible psychological or social damage in order to heal the organization post-crisis.

Then we explore how to foster healthy recovery so that positive outcomes from the crisis can be achieved. This course serves to examine how leaders can effectively facilitate post crisis recovery.
