Significant numbers of workers now work remotely or flexibly through home-based contracts, outsourced teams or project teams.

This means we face new challenges from working apart. We need to develop new skills to understand and overcome the challenges of remote and flexible teams too.

This course explores the challenges of managing remote skills and develops the skills to maximize performance and overcome problems to release the benefits of the ever-changing work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
By attending this course, you will learn how to develop your personal leadership style to improve team performance and aid you in understanding the risks, problems and performance aspects associated with remote workers and teams.

Using the 5Cs for Effective Remote Working, you will investigate tools and technology that can help you improve your communication and help you utilize strategies to develop remote team members and manage their wellbeing.
