Not so common sense strategic approach. It should be, but it often isn't. I found this course to be practical and useful, especially repeatedly asking why and the power of 3 (identify 3 possible causes of the problem, 3 possible solutions). The examples provided in this course were helpful in showing how to apply what was taught. Good course that I would recommend to anyone involved in strategic planning for their business or even if you want to have more success in achieving personal goals and improving your life.

On demand course provides the flexibilities whenever I have time to take courses and earn PD credits. It could be paused at anytime and come back to pick up from the point where it was paused before.
