In Part 1 of this course, we explore QuickBooks product lines, categories, versions, and features; network or standalone setup issues; and how to determine if QuickBooks is the right answer for a particular organization.
In Part 2 of this course, we explore how to start the process of creating a new QuickBooks Company Data file using the “Setup” or “No Company Open” window; how to use the EasyStep Interview or the Express Start process to create a new QuickBooks Company Data file; and how to enter company information into QuickBooks.
In Part 3 of this course, we explore the basic elements of the QuickBooks Desktop and Home Page and how to navigate both; how to determine the difference between QuickBooks User and Company Preferences; how to set or customize Preferences; and general recommendations for Preference settings.
