In this course we explore the use of self as an instrument, making the link between our personal potential and the world of learning. We start with a brief overview of how intentional conscious actions taken can make the individual a powerful and effective facilitator of learning. This leads to a conversation about building your capacity for reflection, feedback and curiosity can have an impact on how we can influence problems, people or situations. Then we explore practical tips to increase our awareness and understanding of how our Self is capable of influencing the organizational world we are connected to in order to know how to apply the model in practice.

This course serves to examine how we can serve as agents of change including taking leadership, providing facilitation, coaching others and being an advocate for change.
