In this course we review the use of ongoing performance management processes to clarify performance expectations, set goals and improve employee performance. We begin with a brief overview of a range of tools and techniques to respond more effectively to facilitate high levels of employee effectiveness. This leads to a conversation about how clear expectations and roles set employees up for achieving goals from the start, providing a springboard to success.

Then we explore a practical toolkit and a range of techniques to facilitate high levels of employee effectiveness. This course serves to promote and improve employee effectiveness as a key skill and knowledge area in an era where organizations are undergoing big, complex and interdependent changes in a business environment.
