Positive Psychology (PP) can be defined as the science and practice of well-being.  The science of PP has been well validated and can lead to a 30% increase in sales, predict 71% of employee engagement, or 65% of job satisfaction.  The practice of PP is a developmental process with three steps, called the "3A Process."  Successful leaders need to assess their strengths, take constructive actions, and model accountability.  Leaders practice leadership, just as CFOs practice accounting.  A critical question for business leaders is: How can you operationalize the new scientific findings in positive psychology emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment (PERMA) in your business outcomes?

You know the adage:  Change is inevitable.  Growth is optional.
