This is an informative course although it drags along with a very slow pace. I feel like this could have been covered in half the time.
The course includes points that I had known to consider before the activities of my group were transferred to a shared services center.
Very helpful course in navigating through any kind of change management process, not just that related to Shared Services.
Interesting. This class gives insight to the changes that are coming and why companies are making the changes.
Pretty good course, lots of good points about what to expect when going to a shared services program.
A little slow, speaker is not very engaging. I have to make this longer.
Nice overview and highlighted things to consider as one moves forward.
The reference materials supported the video presentation
