Appreciated the basic overview of the Six Hats method of brainstorming/decisionmaking and Kotter's Eight Steps for Change Management. The content is basic, but Dr. Diamond's personal stories are a helpful add. The course is geared toward managing volunteers/volunteer organizations, but has good general takeaway for business applications as well.

This was a course packed with information! While some of it is quite basic (in my opinion, anyway) it functions as a very good guide and the slides a great "cheat sheet" to refer to when needing to facilitate any type of meeting.
