This, the second course in a series on board participation, is focused on board membership. Although it is part of a series, this course can also be taken as a stand-alone course. This course discusses how to recruit, interview, select, utilize and retain board members. There is considerable information about these basics that members of boards need to know. 

This course is intended for those current board members and executive staff who are responsible for nominating, engaging and retaining members of their board. It is also useful for anyone considering board membership.
