Knowledge management is a somewhat new concept for me, but I had a hard time understanding the concepts in this course. The level of language used was such that I felt like the instructor was reading from a text book rather than explaining concepts and providing examples of how these concepts work in the real world. I also felt like there was a lot of unnecessary repetition.
