In this course, we cover tips to improve your agility through working with agencies. We look at strategies to employ before you’ve even hired an agency such as: properly defining your needs, addressing working styles, and the importance of location and industry expertise when hiring an agency.

We also share ways to kick off a strong relationship with your agency, including tips for building rapport, setting clear goals and expectations, and planning the budget. The course ends with ideas on optimizing your ongoing relationships for efficiency and agility. This class helps with improving ideation, creating better strategies for communication, and ways to keep teams on target.
