This course sets you up with the tools you need to create a workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion. The course covers developing a diversity audit plan and related strategic  plan, along with diversity recruiting, performance management and communication. We will finish with some thoughts on overcoming challenges.

  • Discover how to conduct an audit on your diversity in order to create a strategic plan for our D&I initiatives

This course had the main points to create a Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. Need to know information that was well presented. I would definitely recommend anyone who is about to embark on developing a D&I strategy for their organization to take this brief course.

Overall, I thought this was informative and helped cover the basics of D&I. I learned about a few things that I didn't realize were a part of D&I, and thought Catherine's presentation was easy to follow/understand.
