This was an interesting course about how our thinking styles effect our work and work relationships. It's a good course for everyone to take but especially management to understand it's more about a robust, effective social system that has respect, trust & candor rather than employee attendance, training, age & size of team and capacity to perform. Thinking styles can be changed. Diversity is key.
