Good course which provided a summary of different credit facilities and equity options to meet financing needs. Case study was effective in demonstrating how a acquisition could be financed based on the various credit facilities and equity options reviewed. Lastly, the calculation on the implicit cost of lease financing was a nice addition to the course.
