In response to increased enforcement actions by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission against companies for violating the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (FCPA), companies -- especially those with global business operations, including emerging markets -- have stepped up their risk management program and rolled out training and compliance plans that are intended to mitigate their risk of FCPA violations. This course is designed to:

- Outline the key internal control initiatives companies have implemented to enhance FCPA compliance.
