Good presentation skills are no longer nice skills to have -- they can make the difference between company and career life and death. For an executive who leads a team or company, and has the goal to inspire action and commitment of every associate, it is mandatory.

The objective of Executive Presentations: How to Inspire Action and Commitment is to increase your effectiveness, persuasiveness, clarity, buy-in, and results from a small informal presentation up to an audience of thousands in a convention hall. Developing consistently good speaking and presentation skills can truly set an executive apart from others. This course teaches leaders -- and those who wish to become leaders -- the thought process and techniques for designing presentations that will enjoy long term results. The techniques are all designed around getting buy-in for ideas, sharing vision, and being seen as likeable and real. The course also addresses the importance of having dynamic openings, strong structure, emotional connection, memorable examples, and razor-sharp specificity.

The training offers many ideas with a great structure. "Being prepared" via rehearsal, listening to your words and phrases, and actively engaging the audience are very important not only in formal presentations to a large audience but to a small peer group.
