Ethics refers to well-founded standards of right and wrong that prescribe what humans ought to do, usually in terms of rights, obligations, benefits to society, fairness, or specific virtues. It is the duty of an officer or director to deal with the entity he or she serves ethically and in good faith.
To do so it is important that the officer or director understands his or her ethical compass and how to perform the duties and obligations of the officer or director ethically and in good faith.

The instructor basically read from the slides, he did not add much additional content. You could just read the slides and get the same information. I do not think I would take another one of his classes. It was pretty much a common-sense course.
Excellent presentation and insight into ethics as it relates to an officer or director of a business with practical examples that relate to today's business environment
The instructor and course materials provided concise and relevant information. I will definitely enroll in another class by this instructor.
Ethics is a dry concept anyway, but the speakers voice was so monotone that it was almost hard to continue to listen.
