The topic was applicable to every organization. The presenter was upbeat and excited about the information. She took time to define terms and provide brief background information for management principles. After taking the class, I want to be a better manager by listening to employees and implementing their input. My first action point is to set aside any current task and turn my complete attention upon employees when they enter my office.
