However, we often forget the impact that recognition feedback - where someone what been successful - can be overlooked. A ‘Well done’ simply misses the possibility that there could be actions that can be applied to other parts the business.

By using a clear 5 step plan called SERVE, feedback can be given easily so that outcomes and future actions are clear.

This course is for those anyone who needs to give feedback in their job. It is applicable for junior team member too as it develops skills for clear communication.
