This course provided a great overview of different techniques to create effective coaching and mentoring programs within the workplace, I particularly enjoyed the section around feedback and how to effectively flip tough conversations and negative issues into productive and positive dialogue. The instructor presented content in an easy-to-understand manner, and the supporting materials served as a helpful reference to reiterate key concepts.

I think you have some amazing content here, it is just very wordy and hard to grasp in one go. I'd have to look at the information for a while to get everything to memory or in an applicable state. I think you have a wonderful concept and delivered it well, it is just hard to read everything on the screen and grasp what you want to teach and what is there too.

I recently changed jobs because my leader who was very effective with coaching left for a new company. The new company I work for invests in the employees and truly believe in the value of training, coaching, and mentoring.
