Donna explained the subject very well, although I found some of the exam questions a little difficult to understand. Thank you.
This course provided a great overview of different techniques to create effective coaching and mentoring programs within the workplace, I particularly enjoyed the section around feedback and how to effectively flip tough conversations and negative issues into productive and positive dialogue. The instructor presented content in an easy-to-understand manner, and the supporting materials served as a helpful reference to reiterate key concepts.
The is a very informative course. The way in which the concepts are presented is helpful and it is easy to understand. The instructor was engaging and was able to keep this interesting. This course could be useful across many levels of an organization.
