This covers the financial and/or tax aspects of starting a business, selling a business, determining and obtaining the proper value for a business, and leaving a business you are part of. 

In this course you will discover a variety of techniques to value a business, discover how negotiations should take place and the best people for that process within your company, and explore closing the deal and financing.

this was a great presentation and had a lot of good lessons and stories included which help you understand various buy sell and negotiation scenarios. The last lesson has the bulk of info on how to merge and it was jammed in. would be better if they went in to more detail in chapter 9 instead of rushing through it.
