This was my first instructor-led course on Illumeo and I was engaged the entire time. I wrote down Garland’s name in my notes so I would remember to look him up afterwards. Loved the enthusiasm he showed throughout the course; Absolutely top-notch! Im in the middle of guiding a client through a sale of a 30-yr old personal service corp and this course helped confirm and provide clarity on some of the items we are tackling. I plan on watching the rest of Garland’s course because he was that good!!

Nice overview of the assortment of issues and considerations in the sale of a business and valuation of the deal. The lecturer is one of my favorites so far, with a highly engaging style and a seemingly endless collection of personal stories to bring to help illustrate the subject matter. These stories are great -- I think I'd listen to some topics that I didn't otherwise care about just to get the stories....

this was a great presentation and had a lot of good lessons and stories included which help you understand various buy sell and negotiation scenarios. The last lesson has the bulk of info on how to merge and it was jammed in. would be better if they went in to more detail in chapter 9 instead of rushing through it.

very interesting course without too much math and a lot of storytelling that gets across the main points - it is focused on small business rather than large deals where the complexities can become too much for a single overview

Great course on dealing with small business buyers and sellers, and Mr. Granger is an entertaining speaker. I agree with some other feedback that review questions, and a couple exam questions, had confusing wording.

This was a great overview of the M&A process without getting too overly technical. I liked that a lot of the focus was on the softer negotiation tactics, as opposed to the very technical nuances of the M&A process
