1 - 1.5 CPE There are an abundance of books, articles, courses and seminars on leadership. Many are taught by outstanding corporate or political leaders who have made their mark in the world. The learnings come from the successes and failures experienced by individuals while working their way through the organizational structure.
However, what these leadership classes don’t tell us is how to “find the leader within”. In other words, not everyone is meant to be a corporate CEO, but that does not mean you can’t be a leader. The connotation of leadership extends far beyond any individual corporate title.
Why Should You Attend
This course will step beyond the traditional leadership styles and techniques and challenge you to identify your individual talents and the leader within. We will step into the psychology of what it takes to be a leader in today’s business world and discuss how you can evaluate your own individual skills and traits to determine your personal leadership path on your way to a successful career. The presentor is very good and the topics covered are really interesting. This course is helpful to all the leaders and aspiring leaders. It provides examples that is easy to apply in real life situations. The time allotted to the course is about right. It is good in general except for one part where the background is quite noisy.
