I thoroughly enjoyed this course and gained additional knowledge regarding this topic.
This course provided a great refresher of emotional intelligence dimensions as well as techniques for increasing self awareness and achieving desired outcomes in the workplace. The instructor presented content in an easy-to-understand manner; however, the audio did have some background noise that persisted throughout the presentation. Good supporting materials provided which reiterated key concepts and a foundation for self reflection.
This course gives an overview of theories related to emotional intelligence and some helpful tips on how to start applying in the work setting. However, throughout the course the microphone picked up background noise or seemed to be rubbing against something and that was extremely distracting, detracting from learning.
Overall the course had some good pointers on how to become more self aware in the work place however, there was a lot of background noise and static throughout the course. At times it was difficult to hear the instructor or hard to concentrate.
Great course with practical approaches to improving relationships at work whether you are a VP, manager, or associate. This course can aid in helping you enhance your connections not just at work, but personally as well.
The course was very good and I got a lot out of it; however, the microphone was very distracting. It was not sitting in a good place and would make a noise every time the instructor moved.
This was a very enlightening course. I enjoyed the content, and the instructor did a great job of keeping the audience engaged with an easy flow of delivery.
I disliked how mono toned the instructor was. She seemed informative, but she just kept hopping around from topic to topic during the lesson
I'm not sure what is going on with the microphone but the noise is very distracting throughout the entire course.
Great refresher. Thinking i might need to take this on a regular basis and reassess periodically.
A great refresher course for me. The instructor was very engaging and the material is on point.
talked about things i hadn't considered previously. Very insightful.
looking forward to more.
Good course, sounded like the instructor was playing with the microphone most of the time.
The course was really good but the audio was poor and distracting with background noise.
Great course. Not only did it teach me about EQ, it also convinced me to learn more.
Good content, however the feedback or paper moving really made it difficult at times.
Good overview of the subject, but a little repetitive towards the end.
This was a great course.
