In this course we discuss techniques and methodologies for evaluating the new infrastructure, as well as the impact to existing infrastructure.

Great checklist to have handy when asking about IT during due diligence. I'm usually focused on the financials and am fairly comfortable with evaluating accounting software, but this course provides a list that could help determine which IT experts are needed.
wonderful explaination of basic concepts. I will be looking forward to the next level in this series.
