This course provides a good overview of factors to consider before joining a non-profit Board. I found the instructor's accent a bit thick, so I had to go back on a couple of slides to figure out exactly what he said.
Quick overview of due diligence review for a person considering serving on a board. Good information.
It was a basic course, some more information would be helpful.
