This course is an overview of many positive psychology concepts. Dr. David Rock and Dr. Daniel Siegel recommend the Healthy Mind Platter, equivalent to the USDA Choose My Plate, to help us create a daily diet for the mind. 
 
The brain is capable of changing throughout your lifespan- called neuroplasticity. Siegel and Rock propose that the brain requires “essential nutrients” for brain growth just like our body requires certain nutrients from food for healthy functioning. 
 
In this course you’ll learn the “mental nutrients” that your brain and relationships need to function at their best. By engaging every day in each of these servings, you promote balance in your life and enjoy more vitality in everything you do.
