Course includes good information. Presenters are personable. Course covers a good review of the importance of confidence, relationship building, communication, resilience, credibility, and personal branding. I was a little put off with 6ExY. My guess is that is a creative way of drawing attention implying the word sexy but not actually using the word. Women deserve so much more. In a society that focus on outward appearance, it would be nice to see more people focus on peoples character and the innate goodness of men and women's hearts, rather then ones outward appearance. You may consider changing your branding and let the content of your course be what people remember.

I wish I had taken a course like this 40 years ago! I really learned most of this through experience and a passion for knowledge, but it would have helped to have this road map at the start of my career. I have learned that self-confidence gained from competence, honesty, and compassion for others helps you be a leader. Always striving to do the best for the benefit of everyone will bring you success.

This course of 6 traits of executive leadership is a great refresher for the tools, skills, and habits you have to apply to be deliberate in the management of your career path. Some sections seemed somewhat sophomoric regarding how to dress professionally, but again may be great reminders for individuals earlier in their career. Overall good reminders.

Blair and Jen cover a ton in this course and give the audience a lot of food for thought. There is so much good content you will need to take some time to digest, make a to-do list, prioritize, and then get to work! I will definitely be revisiting this course again and again over time as I continue to work on and develop my leadership skills.

I really liked this course as it brings together important life advice that cannot be understated. The concepts discussed permeate everything we do, but more often than not we have no time or ability to grasp them or focus on them due to busy schedule and work culture that demands immediate results to the detriment of long term development.

I thought this course spent a good amount of time discussing the various areas of executive presence. Someone that has been used to details and being responsible for the work but is going to a higher role would benefit greatly from this course and what it takes to get there.

Time to change up your examples of role models in the Confidence section. Ellen isn't a good look. You also make your political preferences VERY obvious by including only well-known liberals. Try again.
