This course is designed to grow the confidence, ambition, and strategic influencing skills of high potential financial professionals in business. Many financial professionals suffer from a lack of confidence as a whole, but also a lack of confidence in building relationships, communicating in a way other non-financial people understand, overcoming challenges, leading teams, and developing their personal brand.

This course teaches financial professionals how to build confidence and competency in the 6 traits executives need: Confidence, Relationship Building, Communication Skills, Resilience, Credible Leadership, and Personal Branding.

Blair and Jen cover a ton in this course and give the audience a lot of food for thought. There is so much good content you will need to take some time to digest, make a to-do list, prioritize, and then get to work! I will definitely be revisiting this course again and again over time as I continue to work on and develop my leadership skills.

I thought this course spent a good amount of time discussing the various areas of executive presence. Someone that has been used to details and being responsible for the work but is going to a higher role would benefit greatly from this course and what it takes to get there.

The series courses are very difficult,and I spent a lot of time to repeatly study the courses. Both Blair and Jennifer are very experienced and funny´╝îand they illustrated many examples to explained the theories, which helped my work a lot.
