William Boyles

Wood has worked in Human Resources for twenty years in several contexts. Including both high tech manufacturing and skilled trades service industry, Wood has worked in a variety of work environments and jurisdictions. Wood focuses on training and coaching managers, resolving of employee concerns and focusing on helping people develop at all levels of an organization, Wood sees his role as that of an enabler and encourager - taking great pleasure in seeing individuals succeed and grow professionally. Additionally, motivated by his commitment to Human Resources, Wood successfully obtained a JD from Concord Law School and was admitted to the California Bar in 2014.
