Currently, Jim Frazier is president of Take Charge Seminars, a training company specializing in seminars, webinars and publishing on sales and use taxes and other accounting topics. Since 2005, he has been writing and publishing one of the only sales tax blogs in the world, The Sales Tax Guy.

Beginning in 1998, I have been a professional seminar leader and trainer. I've been doing training on technical financial programs including accounting for non-accountants, accounts payable, and payroll (tax and employment law). And, since 2003, I've been almost exclusively leading seminars on sales and use taxes. Prior to this, my 40+ year career includes accounting management and controller positions, as well as jobs involving sales and consulting.
