Jeffrey Allen

Jeffrey R. Allen, Managing Director of The Mariner Group, LLC, has over 40 years experience in corporate finance, venture capital, investment banking, commercial real estate, securitization, mergers and acquisitions. He brings proven experience to his clients in finance, business planning; transaction evaluation, due diligence, and execution; economic studies and C suite support. He has been a valued advisor and consultant to some of the nation's leading corporations and investment banking institutions. His clients include Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, AMRESCO, PaineWebber, GMAC, Nations Bank, GECC, Lockheed-Martin and others.

Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer of Gold Group Enterprises, Inc for over 10 years. As a Director and key member of the management team, he was responsible for the financial, human resource, legal, risk management and administrative activities of this technology solutions organization. His earlier affiliations include, Roxiticus Ventures, Strategic Resources Corporation, Sterling Drug Company, Olin Corporation and Swiss Bank Corporation.

Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the New York University Stern School of Business, a BA in Economics and Geography from Pennsylvania Sate University and a CFP from the College for Financial Planning. He has served on the Advisory Board of the CFO Alliance since 2009. He is a New Jersey native, residing in Bergen County since 1980.
