Christine Soderlund

Christine Soderlund is the Talent Operations Director at CNM LLP and brings over 20 years of Recruiting expertise to the firm. She is responsible for a high-performing team of passionate talent acquisition professionals that attract high caliber candidates who want to work with the best in the industry. Prior to CNM, Christine managed her own consulting practice and also lead talent acquisition at a billion dollar firm. Christine's specialties include: finding exceptional talent with a mix of EQ and IQ, building recruitment programs (military, college, employee referrals), negotiation, partnering with and guiding executives, managing online recruiting including applicant tracking systems, hiring/mentoring staff and proactively managing the recruitment lifecycle.
