Digital transformation is broader than just the digitization of existing processes. It is the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, fundamentally changing how you operate and deliver value to customers.

This course serves as a launch into the topic of digital transformation. We examine the reasons behind the movement, methods to evaluate your organization’s current capabilities towards transformation and key steps needed in moving your organization further along in the transformation maturity process.

In the 2nd session, we delve into the topic of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as it applies to the accounting and finance function. We also we explore RPA in the accounting and finance function . In the next session we delve further into the finance and accounting RPA process.

The next session delves into these terms and how the advance organization towards true digital transformation. We also discuss some of the advantages and disadvantages of each process as well as provide some examples of current software available for these processes.
